1. General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1.1 General conditions apply between the buyer of the goods in the online store CityMöö (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and the owner of the CityMöö store in the person of Profy OÜ (hereinafter referred to as CityMöö to establish the order and rules of buying and selling, Related to the legal responsibilities of both parties.
1.2 The general conditions do not differ from the basic requirements and norms of the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. In the absence of proper information in the General Conditions, they are supplemented and interpreted on the basis of legal norms.
1.3 In addition to the General Terms and Conditions, the relationship between the Customer and CityMöö is governed by the price list set by CityMöö
1.4 CityMöö reserves the right to change the General Conditions and the price list of the offered products. Changes or additions to the price list and the General Conditions come into force from the moment of their publication on the website CityMöö The conditions applicable at the time of its execution apply to the order.
1.5 CityMöö and the Client wish to make a purchase-sale through the online store CityMöö based on the General Conditions set forth in this document. When making an order and payment in the online store CityMöö, the Client confirms that he is acquainted with the General Conditions and agrees with them.
1.6 The prices for goods in the online store CityMöö are quoted in Euros and include a sales tax of 20%.
1.7 CityMöö reserves the right to change the price list (both for goods and services). If the client has issued the order before the changes in the price come into force, then the price specified on the account at the time of order registration is valid for this customer.

2. Ordering and Payment
2.1 The Customer's shopping cart is formed after clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
2.2 The goods in the shopping cart, their number and parameters (color, option, etc.) can be changed as many times as necessary until the final confirmation of the order.
2.3 From the correctness and correctness of the data fields filled by the Customer, it depends on how quickly and correctly the ordered goods will be delivered to the Client.
2.4 After clicking the "Buy" button, the invoice drawn to the Customer appears on the screen. A copy of the invoice is automatically sent to the Customer at the e-mail address specified in the order, stored in the Customer's purchase history and in the order archive with CityMöö
2.5 Payment under the Agreement must be made within 5 working days from the date of invoicing.
2.6 The shades and sizes of the furniture in the photo may be slightly different from the real ones.
2.7 The photo of the goods can carry an illustrative character and the price includes only that which is available in the description of the goods.
2.8 The mattress, technique and interior details shown in the photo do not enter into the cost of furniture unless otherwise specified.
2.9 Payment for orders in the online store CityMöö can be made in the following ways:
Non-cash bank transfer (via Internet bank, bank office or payment machine)
Through a direct bank link (payment via the Internet bank, with instant confirmation to the Seller)
By credit card
2.10 For maximum efficiency it is recommended to use payment orders through a direct bank link. With this type of payment, the Seller instantly receives information about the payment made by the Customer and the processing of the order is significantly accelerated.
2.11 About its readiness to deliver the goods CityMöö notifies the Customer of the contact telephone numbers and / or e-mail specified in the order.

3. Transport and shipment times
3.1 The goods are delivered to the Client on the date specified in the description of the goods, or agreed with the Client individually.
3.2 In case the delivery time does not correspond to those specified in the Contract, CityMöö undertakes to notify the Client of changes in these terms as soon as possible.
3.3 In case the delivery of the goods is delayed for more than 2 weeks, the Customer has the right to demand from CityMöö an additional discount (the amount of the discount is negotiated individually).
3.4 After receipt of the ordered goods in the warehouse CityMöö, the goods are sent to the courier and delivered to the Client, at a time agreed upon with the Customer, at the address specified in the Contract.
3.5 By default, the goods are delivered to the building's access door, at the address specified in the Contract.
3.6 In case of changing the delivery address, the Customer must notify CityMöö not later than 3 days before the delivery date. Changing the delivery address can affect the change in the cost of this service.
3.7 The goods are transferred to the Client on the basis of accompanying documents. Upon receipt of the goods, it is recommended to inspect the packaging carefully, and if there are visible damage, immediately notify CityMöö about it. By signing the accompanying document, the Customer confirms that at the time of receipt of the goods the package was not damaged or in a satisfactory condition and the goods were not damaged at the same time.
3.8 Free delivery of furniture throughout Estonia to the entrance of the house
3.9 Put furniture in an apartment, house or office on any floor - 40€
3.10 Term of delivery of furniture from 2 to 8 weeks
3.11 The cost of building furniture - 50€

4. Guarantee and returning
4.1 The customer has the right to return the received goods back to the Seller within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods were not used and returned in the original packaging. The application for return of the goods is sent to the Seller by e-mail. In the application it is necessary to indicate the order number, the reason for the return of the goods, the name of the customer and the number of his bank account. The amount of the paid order, minus the transportation costs, is returned to the Customer on this account within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods to the warehouse CityMöö
4.2 CityMöö reimburses the cost of returning the goods in cases where:
The goods were damaged during transportation.
The goods do not match the order.
4.3 CityMöö reserves the right not to cancel the order and not accept the goods purchased by the Customer back if the goods / goods were manufactured for the Client under a special project or taking into account its individual characteristics or requirements. Such orders differ from the usual ones by the presence of a special form for an individual order, which is attached in addition to the Basic Sales Contract.
4.4 If the returned goods are not in the original factory packaging, or are repacked by the Customer, or in any way damaged, CityMöö reserves the right to revise the amount of the refund based on the reduction in the value of the goods. If the Client does not agree with the recalculation, he has the right to use the opinion of an independent expert.
4.5 CityMöö reserves the right to cancel the order in cases where:
The client did not prepay the invoice on the basis of the order within 5 working days from the receipt of the invoice.
The Customer has a payment outstanding before CityMöö
The client received a negative response to the request for payment by installments.
The ordered goods have ended in the warehouse of the supplier, and the Customer does not agree with the goods offered by CityMöö for replacement.
4.6 The Customer has the right to present claims to the Seller within 24 months from the receipt of the goods.
4.7 CityMöö shall not be liable to the Client, in cases where:
Deterioration of the condition or damage to the product was caused by the Client's fault
The product showed shortcomings resulting from improper or inappropriate use of it
The product has normal physical wear during the period of use
4.8 If the product does not comply with the requirements, the Customer has the right to request replacement of the product for the product without defects and meets the requirements for use.

5. Liability of the parties and force majeure
5.1 In the event of a breach of the General Terms and Conditions, CityMöö shall be liable to the Client on the basis of the cases and in the amount established by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
5.2 In the event of a breach of the General Terms and Conditions, the Customer shall be liable to CityMöö in accordance with the cases and in the amount established by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
5.3 The parties are exempted from liability for full or partial non-fulfillment of obligations assumed in accordance with the General Conditions of obligations, if such was the result of force majeure circumstances, namely: natural disasters, epidemics, explosions, fires and other emergency circumstances, if these circumstances directly affected Implementation of the General Conditions.
5.4 CityMöö does not compensate for moral damage, which, in the Client's opinion, may arise when the delivery terms change, prices and / or other conditions change within the framework of the current General Conditions.
5.5 CityMöö does not compensate the Client for possible costs in the event that the Customer has assumed obligations to third parties.
5.6 CityMöö does not compensate the Customer for unused opportunities arising from the change of delivery dates, price changes, and other possible options.

6. Security and protection of personal data of the Client
6.1 CityMöö uses the Customer's personal data only for the fulfillment of the order. CityMöö does not disclose the Customer's personal data to third parties, except as provided by law.
6.2 Communication between the bank and the buyer is protected by the SSL protocol, which ensures that unauthorized persons can not access or change the information transmitted.
6.3 CityMöö reserves the right to notify the Customer of new products, services and preferential offers.
6.4 The client has the right to refuse receiving advertising mailings CityMöö
6.5 The client has the right to demand the complete removal of personal data from the customer base of CityMöö
